Our Story
It started in 2024. Messaging apps had become the primary way friends and family communicated, yet communicating with a business felt like stepping back into the 90s—waiting on hold, filling out forms, or sending emails into a black hole.
WappDesk was born from a frustration with this disconnect. We saw that WhatsApp was the de-facto operating system for communication in many parts of the world, but businesses lacked the professional tools to manage it at scale.
We set out to build a platform that feels as simple as the consumer app but has the power of an enterprise CRM beneath the hood. Today, we process millions of messages for businesses ranging from corner bakeries to multinational banks.
